A perennial leafy green, Good King-Henry is a must have for any perennial gardener and forest garden. Young leaves are used like spinach and the young shoots can be cooked like asparagus. Flower buds and seeds are edible as well. Good King-Henry is very unfussy to grow and will return year after year providing a supply of delicious greens. Prefers full sun.
