Osage Orange is another plant we feel excited to be growing and assisting the migration of. Once limited to Northern Texas, South-East Oklahoma, and Southern Arkansas, homelands to the Osage Nation, this tree has been widely spread across the United States and into Southern Canada. Planted often as a hedgerow plant, this thorny tree can form a formidable obstacle for livestock. Highly prized as a bow making wood, the French name for this tree is bois d'arc. Another common name is Hedge-Apple. The fruit is not edible.

We offer a bulk deal for hedgerow plants. Spend $200 on Osage orange and get 3 free seedlings added to the order.
